RETURN POLICY

We at Mosquito Swallow, LLC value our relationship with you, our customers. Within 30 days of receipt, undamaged traps may be returned at your own expense, for any reason or no reason at all, for a full refund minus shipping and handling for the underlying purchase.

To qualify for a refund, notify us at returns@MosquitoSwallow.com or send your trap along with proof of purchase to Mosquito Swallow LLC-Returns, PMB 190, 5501-A Balcones Drive, Austin, Texas 78731.

It is the customer's responsibility to pack and ship the product back to us as well as pay for insurance, or otherwise to accept responsibility for risk of loss or damage during shipment. Returned traps not received by the company remain the responsibility of the customer.

Partial returns are prorated. If you return a partial purchase, we reserve the right to adjust credits to allow for bundled or promotional pricing and any other discounts or concessions, potentially resulting in a refund of less than full invoice price for partial returns.
